cluetec collects, uses and saves personal information from customers exclusively within the framework of data protection conditions, notably the Federal Data Protection Act of the Federal Republic of Germany. The collected data is never sold or forwarded to third parties for other reasons, insofar as this is not statutorily necessary and required.

Collecting and processing data

cluetec automatically collects and saves logfile information which the browser transmits on its own server. These are, in particular, the browser type and browser version, operating system used, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer (IP address) and the time of the server query. Further recording and collecting of data only takes place if the customer provides information voluntarily, for example within the framework of registrations and enquiries, such as when providing an e-mail address for e-mail communication. The e-mail address is not forwarded to third parties. cluetec points out that, depending on the settings of the e-mail program used, personal details are sent with an e-mail, these details are also treated confidentially by cluetec.

Use and forwarding of personal data

Insofar as personal data is provided by the user, cluetec only uses this data to answer enquiries or to realise contracts concluded with the customer, as well as for technical administration. Data is only forwarded to third parties insofar as this is necessary for the realisation of the contract or for billing purposes, or if the customer has granted prior consent.

The customer reserves the right at any time to demand information about his/her personal data saved, its origin and recipients, as well as the reason for the saving. cluetec provides information about saved data via the address stated in the imprint.

Furthermore, with effect for the future the customer reserves the right to revoke his/her consent previously granted. In this case, the saved personal data is deleted, insofar as this information is no longer required to fulfil the objective of the saving. The revocation must be sent to the address stated in the imprint.

cluetec takes technical and organisational measures in order to protect the personal data provided from inadvertent or incorrect deletion, alteration, loss, unauthorised forwarding or unauthorised access.
